Our international team of subject matter experts work as an extension of the client team during a Peak Delivery Demand period. Once the demand is successfully met, we simply move on. This alleviates the need for the client to terminate and/or reallocate their staff after the projects are completed.

S4(X) blends into the clients’ culture while customizing a construction process that focuses on budgets, milestones, procurement, and delivery. We assist and adapt to the clients’ tracking and delivery system. This is accomplished through selective staffing of our highly experienced global team members.

The client is always in charge, utilizing S4(X) as an extension of their construction and development department.  Our proprietary and customized delivery systems are a seamless extension of the client.  We verify that they are always informed of their current delivery status.

We follow a 10-step milestone process for the successful delivery of all projects. This process can be customized to maintain timeline and budget.

COST

Our program/project management process reduces cost in three ways: 

  1. We reduce the need for costly permanent staffing therefore reducing the client’s ongoing bottom line.
  2. We offer a highly competitive static-fee pricing model. This fee structure is a client approved, non-moving format which is centered around a total project cost. It does not increase for unforeseen project change orders.
  3. We aim for a “Net Zero” delivery cost on each project. Through cost savings and/or cost avoidance, our goal is to save the value of our fee for the client.

CUSTOM

Although our team of national project managers have been industry tried and tested, we make it a priority to have our leadership fully integrated and vested in your program. We do not manage projects via committee where you are only dealing with project managers or coordinators. 

COMMUNICATION

Our communication process is enhanced with apps and tracking programs with an indispensable personal touch. We believe in person-to-person communication and are motivated to make that proactive, early morning call to the contractor or vendor to ensure that our client does not receive any unexpected or unwanted communication. By combining technology with a personal touch, “We Solve for (X)” before it can become an unwanted issue.
